Principal's Message

India is a developing Country where the importance of skilled worker plays a vital role for nation building. Industrial Training Institutes are setup with a aim to produced skilled work force to cater need of industries & other fields. In Odisha there were few Govt. ITI’s up-to the year 2000. Now the numbers of ITI’s have been increased to 49 and steps have been taken by Govt. to open more number of Govt.ITIs.

The ITI Course Curriculum is designed in such a manner that it is Pratical Oriented as Compared to Diploma & Degree course.The maintenance ,Production& other works in industries & other sectors is done by ITI trainees for which the they need to be excel in pratical training. Therefore Govt. have Introduced Odisha Skill Development Authority & number of initiatives have been taken for development of it is to Produced skilled workforce such that they will be recognized globally as “Skilled in Odisha”.

Therefore the youth of Odisha who are passing the Higher school Examination should take the opportunity to be a part of Govt industrial training institute & avail the facilities provided by Govt and make the skill in Odisha campaigna reality.
